This will be a 2.5 day sesshin with Senior Zen Teacher Hosetsu Laure Scemama at the Bilberry Hill Centre, Birmingham.

Bring:

Loose, dark coloured clothing for zazen, a zafu (if you have one, there will be extras), a bowl to eat your food from and a cloth to wrap the bowl in (such as a tea towel), A sleeping bag, sheet and pillow case ( you can rent linen and blankets there for a small extra fee)
