This will be 2 consecutive days of zazen in Manchester and Leeds with Senior Zen Teacher Guy Mokuho Mercier.

Guy Mercier runs the Josen Zen Centre in Tours and is the head of the Ten Bō Rin Zen Association

Bring: Loose, dark clothes for zazen, a zafu if you have one, a bowl for food and a cloth to
wrap it in (eg: a tea towel).
