This will be a morning of zazen practice in Oxford.

There will be no introductions at this event and as such, it is not suitable for somebody who does not already practise in an IZAUK dojo.

Zazen will be from 0930 - 1300 followed by "Bring and Share" (vegetarian) lunch and optional sewing (of rakusus or kesas) from approx 1430 - 1630.

people staying for afternoon sewing are asked to chip in a little extra to cover room-hire costs.
