This will be a weekend of Zen Practice led by Mokuho Guy Mercier in Norwich and Wells-Next-The-Sea

Mokuho Guy Mercier is the head of the Josen Zen Centre in Tours, France and leads the Ten Bō Rin Zen association.

Wells-Next-The-Sea - Saturday 6th March 0830 - 1800

- Food will be provided, A bowl/spoon/fork and a cloth to wrap them in (such as a tea towel)

Norwich - Sunday 7th March 0800-1300

Location: Marlpit Community Centre
     Hellesdon Road
     Norwich, Norfolk   NR6 5EG

Cost: Saturday £20 (£15 conc.), Sunday £12 (£8 conc.), Both Days £30 (£20 conc.)
